Skill Builder Package - Tumbl Trak
Tumbl Trak’s Skill Builder Package includes three of the most useful training aids offered by Tumbl Trak. These are; a pair of Sticky Toes, a pair of Standard Sliders and an Open Shoulder Trainer.
Sticky Toes are designed to help gymnasts perfect their skills much more easily. They work by helping the gymnast determine when their feet are together or apart.
Standard Sliders are slippery discs that can be used on carpeted floors. They allow gymnasts to move their body in a stationary space or across the floor to work their muscles.
The Open Shoulder Trainer is a light, padded piece of equipment that fits around a gymnast’s shoulder and neck in order to maintain open shoulders needed for skills that move through a handstand.
