Returning Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item unused and in perfect condition with tags attached and proof of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.

Please remember to enclose your order number, name and contact information with the goods and reason for return.

If you need a style or size exchange - no problem we will do this FREE of charge.

There are two options to exchange your items:

• Place a NEW order with items as per your requirements and return the original items for a full refund (refund will be processed once goods have been received and checked). This is the most time-saving option.

OR

• Return the unwanted item(s) and let us know what would you like to receive in exchange. Please make sure you include your order details so that we can match your return with your original order. Please note: this is NOT the fastest way to exchange your items.

We usually post replacements to you free for the United Kingdom.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
